Returns Policy

At ANABI, the highest priority is given to meeting our customer's needs and requirements. That is why, quality materials are used in our creations and all pieces are produced when the order is received. In other words, at ANABI there are no product stocks as such, as our fashion jewellery pieces are made on a one by one basis exclusively for you. Professionally hand-crafted pieces the result of which is a personalised, beautiful and unique product.


Terms and conditions for Returns

Customers are entitled to return products purchased from ANABI and when the product is not to their liking, within 15 calendar days following its receipt.

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in one of these ways:

  1. Writing an email to indicating the reason for the return
  2. Sending the return request through this form
  3. Downloading the withdrawal model from this link 

The ANABI team will examine on receipt that the returned product that it is in mint condition by verifying the following aspects:

  • The items must be in the same condition as received.
  • The product is intact
  • The products must be returned in the original packaging with their corresponding labels
  • The product must not be dirty or damaged
  • The product must not have been used

Following verification that the product has been received meeting the requirements set out in the previous paragraph, ANABI will proceed to pay within 15 business days the corresponding reimbursement.

In either event, all shipping costs incurred as a result of the return are borne by the customer.

All refunds will be made via the same method of payment (card, transfer, PayPal, Bizum...) that the customer originally used for the payment of his/her order


It is important to note that the products cannot be exchanged in order to obtain an item in a different colour. In which case, the customer must return the original product and place a new order on the ANABI website.


Damaged products

At ANABI all appropriate measures are taken during the packaging process, so that the products reach their destination in mint condition.

Where, exceptionally, the product received is damaged or defective, the customer must notify this fact within 48 hours via email, enclosing a photograph of and detailed information of the damages.

Upon receipt of the email, ANABI will contact the customer to explain the refund procedure as required. The costs of such return will be borne by ANABI. We will proceed to replace the same item, as soon as possible.

Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the CLIENT and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Link:
